[UKFSN Status] SMTP Relaying issues

Due to a database problem at Enta our SMTP server is not able to obtain
a list of valid IP addresses for all of our customers connections.

This means we are currently using a backup copy of this data which does
not include all customer connections.

The result of this is that a minority of customers will need to use SMTP
authentication in order to send email via our mail server until we can
get this resolved.

I will speak with Enta tomorrow and hopefully we'll have the problem
resolved shortly afterwards.
