[UKFSN Status] Usenet server problem

The UKFSN USENET news server (usenet.ukfsn.org) had a problem yesterday
which resulted in it refusing connections. I discovered and fixed the
problem this morning and made a couple of change to prevent it
recurring.

I have also added another 3 usenet peers to our server configuration
which should help to ensure the server doesn't miss any articles. I'll
continue to add peers as I am able to do so.

Note that the UKFSN news server is text only. I have no intention of
running a binary news server locally due to the cost involved. I would
however consider offering a binary usenet service in partnership with
one of the major usenet providers if there were demand for this. Is this
something anyone wants?
