It seems that someone is trying to run a DDoS against the UKFSN smtp service. Over the past couple of days this has caused the SMTP server to be too busy to accept new connections at times. I'm working to alleviate the issue however it's not something I can fix easily so it may be a little while before I can make sure the problem is properly dealt with.
