[UKFSN Status] UKFSN Website and Webmail back online

I managed to restore service on the server running the UKFSN website and
webmail system.

I've decided that the server needs to be retired now however so I will
be moving them onto a new server next week. Doing so will entail a small
interruption to service which will be announced in the morning of the
day I make the change. It should only be a few minutes.

The existing server should be OK for now though.
