The web server is back in action.

I have made a few updates, the most important being an upgrade of the 
installed PHP to the latest version 4.x of PHP with a couple of new 
patches which will help to prevent spammers abusing form submissions and 
will also add a header to all email sent via PHP showing which site the 
email was sent through.

Work has started already on the new webserver platform which I hope to 
have ready in 2 weeks. That will offer PHP version 5, perl, python, MySQL 
version 5.x and a number of other updates. It will be a much more powerful 
server and will boast lots more storage.
