[UKFSN Status] Email SPAM/Virus filtering

We had a hiccup on the server that has been handling email virus/spam 
filtering about 1 hour ago. 

Rather than spend time working out what is causing it to fail I have 
simply moved the filtering service onto our new mail server (which is it's 
proper home under the new way we'll be running our servers here shortly).

Doing this meant there was a period of about 30 minutes during which email 
was queued rather than delivered. All of that should be delivered by now.

Note that the new email filtering installation should be more effective as 
I have tuned it a little more and added some additional anti-spam rules.
