[UKFSN Status] Email problems

We had some problems with the email server this morning caused by a 
storage problem. The problem was corrected late in the morning and all 
email services were running properly again by 11:00.

I've taken steps to prevent this happening again on the mail server.

In addition to this work is continuing on testing the new email platform 
and I hope to be able to finish testing next week. All going well the 
roll out of the new email platform will follow promptly.
