[UKFSN Status] Dialup Number - 0845 123 number deprecated

The 0845 123 nnnn access number has been withdrawn.

I took the decision to completely disable this number as the telco through 
whom it was provided have basically pocketed all of the revenue from it 
and I wont let them rip us off any more.
