[UKFSN Status] Authentication on web server

We've had a problem with authentication on the web server that appears to 
have begun yesterday. As nothing else on the server was broken - ie all 
the services continued to operate normally - I didn't receive an automatic 
notification.

I've fixed the problem so those affected will now be able to login. 

I'll spend some time this week tracking down the cause of the problem and 
ensuring it doesn't happen again.
