[UKFSN Status] UKFSN Website, Dialup Authenticate Downtime

The server that hosts the UKFSN website and our dialup authentication 
system has developed a disk problem.

I've done what can be done for now to put a temporary fix in place. I'll 
have to completely replace the server for a proper fix which I will seek 
to do in the next couple of days.
