[UKFSN Status] ADSL Users can now request MAC directly via MyAccount

It's always been my intention that UKFSN users should have as much direct
control over their account as possible.
It's also policy that users should always be free to come and go as they
please with no silly restrictions being placed on them.
Further to this I have just completed the work necessary to update our
MyAccount control panel so that users with ADSL accounts can now request a
Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) directly.
A MAC is what you need if you want to switch from one ADSL ISP to another.
There is a short delay between the request for a MAC and it actually being
available so if you request one I recommend waiting until 3 or 4 hours
have passed into the working day before checking back for it. We do not
delay issuing MACs.
At present there is nothing in place to email a MAC to users who have
requested one. I am considering implementing this.
