[UKFSN Status] Webserver FTP/SFTP authentication

Over the weekend the caching mechanism in place on the webserver to keep 
login details up to date failed (again!)

I have now completely removed this so the failure experienced on Sunday 
afternoon which affected FTP and SFTP access to the webserver until 
yesterday afternoon will not recur.
