[UKFSN Status] Problems with email to hotmail

I've discovered that Hotmail have been blocking or "loosing" email from 
UKFSN to users of the hotmail email service.

If you are a hotmail user and you are reading this it may mean that 
they are only blocking out mail server. Either way this is not good and I 
am trying to determine how we got into a block list with them and how we 
get out.

In the meantime I strongly recommend any hotmail user to use a different 
email provider when communicating with us as we cannot reply to hotmail 
email addresses at present.
