[UKFSN Status] New ADSL Central Pipe

BT have completed the installation of Enta's 3rd 622Mb Central pipe and 
Enta will begin testing it this afternoon (well they started testing 
already but those are just simple unsupervised tests).

So long as no faults are discovered (BT have already completed their 
testing so we *should* be OK) the new pipe will come online this week.
