[UKFSN Status] ADSL Latency Issue

Enta's main router at Telehouse East is having some intermitant latency 
issues. These will not cause packet loss however there may be short 
periods of higher than normal latency as a result.

I've informed Enta's CTO (no point dealing with normal support for this 
kind of thing!) and he is investigating the matter.
